I know many people around our beloved Gaia practice this simple saying everyday, just like I do.
Those of you who will be introduced to this for the first time, I have a request.
Because this practice consists of repeating 4 short sentences, please don’t discount or disbelieve its power and effectiveness.
- I’m Sorry
- Please Forgive Me
- I Love You
- Thank You
Ho’Oponopono is a simple process invokes a powerful tool that I use to turn my negative thinking around and stop it from spiraling out of control. It works to heal us by the process of forgiveness and raises our frequency by helping us stop the cyclic process of thinking negatively.
Do yourself a favor and write it on several post it notes and stick them to your refrigerator, bathroom mirror and your daily organizer, repeat it often and you’ll be amazed at how well this works.
These definitions are from a book written by Joe Vitale and Dr. Hew Len named “Zero Limits“*.
- “I Love You” transmutes the energy from stuck to flowing. It connects you to the Divine Source.
- “I’m Sorry” is said in acknowledgment that something has gotten into your body / mind system. By saying “I’m Sorry” you are telling the Divine that you want forgiveness inside yourself for whatever brought it to you.
- “Please Forgive Me” is said not asking Divine to forgive you; you’re asking Divine to help you forgive you.
- “Thank You” is said expressing gratitude. You are showing your faith that the issue will be resolved for the highest good of all concerned.
Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona was the Hawaiian Kahuna who simplified the complex Ho’Oponopono process into the above version. She was a renowned healer and would say variations of the following prayer (which I love) with people who came to her for healing (from around the World) and it worked many miracles.
“Divine Creator, Father, Mother, Son as one… If I, my family, relatives and ancestors have offended you, your family, relatives, and ancestors, in thoughts, words, deeds and actions from the beginning of our creation to the present, we ask your forgiveness…
Let this cleanse, purify, release, cut all the negative memories, blocks, energies, and vibrations, and transmute these unwanted energies to pure light… And it is done.
When I say Morrnah’s Prayer with family and friends, I am overcome with emotion. It touch’s my heart knowing we just transmuted nasty negative stuff to pure light, for the highest good of all. Its very liberating.
