Grounded – updated June 22, 2017

This is a video about a man’s journey of discovery, and how the simple process of grounding to mother Earth will have tremendous health benefits. I’m going to engage in this simple process and will be posting my results here. The video is nicely done. (update: found the full movie Grounded on YouTube Nov. 25, 2014 June 22, 2017below)

  1. Roz says “I was initially put off by being hooked up to the wires (while sleeping) and everything, then subsequently reading the book “Earthing” by Clinton Ober, the results I’ve experienced support the science in the book.
    I’d been suffering with chronic neck pain since receiving a whiplash from a car accident in 2007 and could only find temporary relief before now. When my neck would get agitated (which is quit often) I was unable to lay down for more than 4 or 5 hours to rest when the pain would become so unbearable I would have to get up out of bed to try and find relief.
    Since Ed purchased a “Patches” kit and grounding rod from Earthing.com and had me place a sticky patch on the knot on my neck and one on my bad ankle and snap on the grounding wires, I now sleep like a baby and can stay in bed for 8 to 10 hours without any neck pain whatsoever! My ankle is feeling the best it has in years.”

    Ed says “I’ve been walking down at the beach barefoot for an hour a day when I can and I do my A. M. Chi for beginners with bare feet and use the patches when I’m working in a confined area by myself as much as possible. Grounding has taken away all my aches and pains. My chronic bad back and sore left knee feel terrific. My nasty varicose vein in my left leg is actually healing instead of progressively getting worse. At times when walking barefoot on the beach, I have the burst of energy to run for several hundred yards. I feel relaxed and balanced. I’ve regained some mental clarity and feel a little more in tune with myself and my surroundings. The only thing I’ve been doing differently is grounding at least 20 minutes a day. I highly recommend it!”
